GENCLERBIRLIGI AND IT’S AS YOU WERE AT THE TOP !

Greetings Kankas and Kankies.

League footie is back after the International break .......thank God !

Genclerbirligi and Denizli still lead the way at the top of the Spor Toto Championship League with 55 points each, but Denizli are top on account of their 2 goals superior difference.

Last Tuesday (2 April) Gencler could only draw 1-1 at home against mid-table Bolu.   The following day Denizli drew 3-3 with fast improving Hatay.

So, the chasing pack haven’t given up yet with Osman.....spit....li only 4 points behind Gencler and Hatay one point further behind Osmanli.

This weekend’s fixtures are –

Saturday 6 April – Osmanli v relegation threatened Eskisehir

Sunday 7 April – Umraniye v Hatay

                             Giresun v Gencler

                              Adana v Denizli

With only 7 matches remaining it is still in the mix for all 4 of those teams.     Keep watching this space.
